Family YMCA Swim Birthday Parties

 
 

A portion of our Olympic-sized pool is reserved for the community for provide swim parties. Your group can enjoy one hour of structured play and activities in our pool with a YMCA lifeguard for safety and supervision. Then, one hour in the party room for refreshments and activities.

Aquatics parties available on Saturdays and Sundays;
12:30pm-2:30pm OR 3:00pm-5:00pm

BIRTHDAY PARTY FEES
Refreshments and decorations are not provided, but you may bring your own. A Birthday Party Ambassador will be assigned to your party and will stay with your group for the duration of your party.

Member: $110.00
Non-Member: $160.00
 

FAMILY YMCA BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES
The following policies are in effect for all birthday parties offered through the Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity.
 
  1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking a party or at least two (2) weeks prior to the party date.

    Party time slots are established by the Family YMCA. A $10.00 processing fee will be charged to change a party date and/or time slot.

    Refund Policy: $50.00 non-refundable for birthday parties cancelled more than 2-weeks prior to birthday date. No refund for birthday parties cancelled less than 2-weeks prior to birthday date.

    If an event is not able to be held due to inclement weather (either the YMCA is not open or the person having the event cancels due to inclement weather), the event will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. Refund cannot be given.
