Adult Water Aerobics
Vigorous exercise in chest deep water works cardio endurance, toning, and flexbility exercises. Swimming ability is not necessary. Limit: 20 per class.

Water Aerobics & Water Arthritis Program Punch Card Fees
Instructor will be issued a punch card for the number of classes each participant has registered for. Participants may choose the number of classes on any day or time. Space is limited—first come, first served. It is recommended punch cards be purchased 24 hours before expected use. Punch cards expire 90 days after purchase date. Requests to extend punch cards should be directed to Sharon O. Smith, Wellness Director.

YMCA Master’s Swim Team
Our Master’s Swim Program is for any individual who is at least 18 years of age. Master swimming is for the novice through advanced swimmer and emphasizes fitness, socializing and at times competition. You must be a member of the Family YMCA to participate on the Master’s Swim Team. *This club is free to adults interested in competitive swimming*

Adult Learn to Swim
Ages 12 and up. A program for men and women at the beginning level of swimming. This class provides individualized instruction. Regardless of level of ability, skills are presented to practice and improve the techniques of swimming.
