Please select the membership type that will fit you the best:

MEMBERSHIP TYPE
ADULT	An adult membership is for men and women ages 19-61.
FAMILY	A Family membership is considered two adults in a committed relationship residing in the same household and any dependent children through the age of 18 living in the same household (evidence will be requested). Full-time college students, through age 23, on a Family membership with proof of current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university with a receipt or transcript.
SENIOR ADULT	A senior adult membership is for men and women ages 62+.
SENIOR FAMILY	A senior family membership is considered two adults in a committed relationship residing in the same household with at least one adult being age 62+ (evidence will be requested).
HIGH SCHOOL	A high school membership is for boys and girls between the ages of 14-18.
YOUTH	A youth membership is for boys and girls up to age 13. A parent or legal guardian must sign all youth membership applications. Those younger than 10 years of age will not be permitted into the Family YMCA without parental supervision.

FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT STEPS WHEN REGISTERING!

1. Once you have selected the appropriate membership link in the chart below, you will see membership information and contact page to be completed. (Required information fields are noted by an asterisk).

2. The first entry should be the “primary” person responsible for payment of membership dues. (Example: Parent/Guardian when registering for Youth or High School Membership)

Enter the person responsible for payment FIRST whether they are a member or not.

3. Use correct capitalization. Do Not Use abbreviations.

4. Include an email address and password to expedite future online program registration!

5. Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the screen to record this information. Your will then be instructed to add an additional child or adult member at this time. When all members have been submitted, click on “Finished Adding Members – Proceed to Payment.”
