YOUR FIRST VISIT AS A MEMBER |

| Please allow 10-15 minutes on your first visit to our facility to receive your new membership packet. At this time, you will be asked to complete any necessary paperwork relating to your membership and each person associated with your membership will have photo membership cards created by our Welcome Center staff. |

| All Adults listed on a membership must bring a Photo ID on their first visit for address verification purposes. |
| |
| If not all family members can come at once, the remaining members will need to stop in at the Welcome Center on their first visit to receive their photo membership card and present Photo ID at that time. |

| Your first visit needs to be during the following times: |
| |
Mondays through Fridays: 8:00am-8:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am-5:00pm
Sundays: 8:00am-4:00pm |
