 An Young Adult membership is for men and women ages 19-26.

Family A Family membership is considered two adults in a committed relationship residing in the same household and any dependent children through the age of 18 living in the same household (evidence will be requested).

Full-time college students, through age 23, on a Family membership with proof of current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university with a receipt or transcript.

Youth A Youth membership is for boys and girls up to age 13. A parent or legal guardian must sign all youth membership applications. Those younger than 10 years of age will not be permitted into the Family YMCA without parental supervision.

*The Five for $25 Membership is a one-time only deal. Must be used within three months of purchase. If a person uses the visits and decides to join, the $25 will be deducted from the membership.

Termination Process
Membership will continue until you complete a 15-Day Written Termination Notice. This can be done one of the following ways:

1. Visit the Family YMCA Welcome Center and fill out a Written Termination Notice.

2. Send a 15-Day Written Termination Notice to The Family YMCA, 1225 West Lafayette Street, Easton, PA 18042 Attn: Membership Department. Termination Request

It is recommended that if you cancel your membership by mail, you do so with a “return receipt.”
