| When you think of Wellness, do you think of weight machines and treadmills? There actually is a lot more to Wellness than most people think. The Wellness Department at the Family YMCA is constantly working to bring up to date, new fitness options to both adults and children. |

| Our Program Studio is expanding it’s class schedule to accommodate all times of the day to meet just about everyone’s schedule. If you need to kick-start your fitness program, why not meet with one of our personal trainers on staff. They can help you pinpoint what works best for you. |

| Fitness doesn’t always have to be in the form of exercise machines, the Family YMCA provides opportunities for Adult Sports and Youth Sports. Get your team together for the Men’s Adult Basketball League or Winter Co-Ed Volleyball League. This year, we had a record number of youth soccer players (326 to be exact!). Young kids can stay active with instructional sports such as basketball, flag football, cooperative games or even gymnastics. |

| The Family YMCA wants to help you build a healthy mind, body and spirit. For your spirit, take advantage of our newest service…Massage Therapy. Enjoy a relaxing one-hour massage by one of our staff massage therapists. It’s a great way to relieve the stresses of day to day activities. |
