Parenting Class

7:00pm-8:00pm This course will help identify the purpose and goal of parenting and will include discussion of discipline, cooperation and developing character in children. Both parents and single parent families can grow from this opportunity which will emphasize personal growth between children and adults. Families will grow and bond during this one hour course! |

Safe Sitter

The best babysitter is a safe babysitter! This is a medically accurate, hands-on class that teaches boys and girls ages 11 to 13 how to handle emergencies when caring for children. |

| Safe Sitter will: |
• Safety for the sitter
• Learning what to do when a child chokes
• How to call for emergency help
• Babysitting business skills
• Basic child care skills (diaper, feeding, etc)
• How to entertain children and keep them safe

| American Red Cross Community Adult CPR/AED with First Aid |
This two-part course prepares individuals for providing care for breathing emergencies and performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest until advanced medical personnel arrive. Also included is instruction in controlling external bleeding, muscle, bone and joint injuries including injuries to the head, neck and back. Successful candidates will receive certification in Adult, Child CPR/AED and Standard First Aid. |
