BIRTHDAY PARTY SUMMER SPECIAL!
Hold a party at the Family YMCA in July or August of 2010 and receive a coupon valid for one FREE Half Pretzel Tray from the Easton Philly Pretzel Factory (25th Street location) OR up to a $17 value off of a purchase of your choice to help with your party.

| Let the Family YMCA help with your child’s next birthday party. The Family YMCA offers a variety of themed birthday parties for all ages, including Aquatics, Ultimate Dodgeball or Sports Games. Spend one hour participating in theme activity of your choice, followed by one hour in the party room. Birthday parties can accommodate up to 25 children. |

2. Register on-line or at the Family YMCA Welcome Center.

AQUATICS BIRTHDAY PARTY
A portion of our Olympic-sized pool is reserved for the community for provide swim parties. Your group can enjoy one hour of structured play and activities in our pool led by a YMCA lifeguard then one hour in the party room for refreshments and activities.
Aquatics parties available on Saturdays and Sundays;
12:30pm-2:30pm OR 3:00pm-5:00pm |

ULTIMATE DODGEBALL OR SPORTS GAME BIRTHDAY PARTY |
Gear up for an exciting game of dodgeball, kickball or soccer. Bring your friends and break into teams for an hour of exciting games.
(Gym parties are available on Sundays, 11:30am-1:30pm)

| BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE |
| Birthday party of choice (see above). Use of our spacious party room. Refreshments and decorations are not provided, but you may bring your own. A Birthday Party Ambassador will be assigned to your party and will stay with your group for the duration of your party. |

| FAMILY YMCA BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES |
| The following policies are in effect for all birthday parties offered through the Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity. |
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking a party.
- Party time slots are established by the Family YMCA. A $10.00 processing fee will be charged to change a party date and/or time slot.
- Refund Policy: $50.00 non-refundable for birthday parties cancelled more than 2-weeks prior to birthday date. No refund for birthday parties cancelled less than 2-weeks prior to birthday date.
- If an event is not able to be held due to inclement weather (either the YMCA is not open or the person having the event cancels due to inclement weather), the event will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. Refund cannot be given.
