The Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg and Vicinity offers a variety of adult aquatic programs!
Aqua Aerobics* - Exercise to the beat! Let the music relax you while warming up and cooling down, and gently stir you to improve flexibility, strength and endurance. Excellent for any age because of the water’s buoyancy and resistance. Swimming ability is not necessary.
(We reserve the right to limit the number of class participants depending on the use of the pool for other programs.) |

Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program
A series of recreational warm water activities designed for men and women who suffer from arthritis. Natural buoyancy and gentle resistance can help decrease pain and stiffness and can improve or maintain joint flexibility. We reserve the right to limit the number of class participants depending on the usage of the pool by other programs.

Master’s Swim Team - Our Master’s Swim Program is for any individual who is at least 20 years of age. Master swimming is for the novice through advanced swimmer and emphasizes fitness, socializing and at times competition. You must be a member of the Family YMCA to participate on the Master’s Swim Team.

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM - (for ages 14 and up) A program for men and women at the beginning level of swimming. This class provides individualized instruction. Regardless of level of ability, skills are presented to practice and improve the techniques of swimming.

Discover Scuba -Basics of mask, fin and snorkel use will be taught during this introduction class. Classes offered by Mark Wyant, certified PADI instructor. Participants must be strong swimmers and hours can be used towards PADI certification. |

Guard Start Program
Interested in becoming a guard or strengthening your swimming endurance? The Family YMCA’s newest program Guard Start will help children ages 11 to 14 learn how to cover drowning prevention, basic emergency response, decision-making, basic job skills needed for life guarding and continual fitness development and training.
