How else can I register for a Program?
The Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg & Vicinity wants to help make your program registration as convenient as possible. Our online registration system is one way that you can register for programs, however, not all of our programs are available online and we realize that you may prefer to register for classes through two other convenient methods.
1.  In Person: The Family YMCA Welcome Center Staff is trained to assist Members and Non-Members with program registration. You may find detailed contact information and directions to our facility in the General Information section of our website.
3.  By Mail: Members and Non-Members can print the Family YMCA Program Registration Form and mail it to the Family YMCA. Please note that we cannot guarantee class availability for mailed registration forms. A Family YMCA staff member will contact you when your registration is received to confirm class availability.

Does it cost more/less to register online?
No. Registering online is an added service we are offering to Family YMCA Members and Non-Members. At this time, there are no additional fees or incentives to register online.

Can I purchase a Family YMCA membership online?
Yes you can! By visiting www2.memberst.com you can select the membership type that best suits your needs and become a member immediately. The online joining process takes 5-10 minutes and your membership is activated as soon as you complete the process.
 
Upon your first visit to The Family YMCA, please allow 15-20 minutes for a Welcome Center Representative to review that all your information is correct and to create your Membership ID Cards

Whom can I notify regarding errors or other technical concerns?
We work hard to ensure that this website is accurate and fully functional at all times. However, if you spot a data error or have difficulties using our site, you can contact webmaster@familyymca.org nd we will strive to help resolve the problem in a timely manner.

How do I pay for Programs I register for online?
Currently, our online registration only allows for VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments. In the future, bank draft EFT transactions may be supported.

Can I use a letter of credit, system credit, coupon or other discount online?
If you wish to use a system credit, coupon, or some other form of discount, you will need to register in person at the Family YMCA. A Family YMCA Welcome Center Representative will register you for the desired program and apply the appropriate system credit, coupon, or discount.

Currently our online registration only accepts credit card payments of VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What is the Family YMCA’s wait list policy?
The Family YMCA runs programs based on a good instructor/participant ratio. Class registration is determined on a first come, first serve basis with Family YMCA Members getting an opportunity to register first. Once a class is filled, we place the next person on a waiting list for that class. That does not guarantee a roster spot for the class. The Family YMCA will attempt to add participants to the roster depending on class circumstances such as instructor availability, other participant cancellations, etc. A staff member will notify you if you can be added to the class roster. Participants added from the wait list will be added based on the date and time you were put on the wait list. Payment will not be collected until you have been added to the roster.
 
In the event of online registration, your payment information will be collected, but you will not be charged until you are moved from the wait list to the active roster. This will not happen without you being notified in advance.

What does “We could not find your account based on the information provided” mean?
If you are a Family YMCA Member, Program Participant, or Contributor, your account will be accessible online. If you encounter difficulties accessing your account, it can be attributed to one of the following…
 

Who’s in the database? Active Members, All Past Contributors, anybody who has registered for a program after May 21, 2006 at the Family YMCA.

You did not provide an email address or password for your account. It is necessary for users to setup an email address and password associated with their account. If one has not been provided, simply contact a Family YMCA Welcome Center Representative to assist you in establishing your email address and password.

I should be in the database, but I’m still getting this error: It is also possible that we have incorrect information in our database associated to the fields that the database uses to identify you. For example, if we don’t know your Date of Birth, this field may have a default value and not your actual DOB. To correct this, you will need to contact The Family YMCA and ask to verify that we have your correctly spelled last name, Date of Birth, and Zip Code.

How do I get into the database? Visit or call The Family YMCA. A Welcome Center Representative can get you set up in our database so that you may begin online registration. Also registering for any program, becoming a member, or making a contribution will also generate an account.
