| In an ongoing effort to constantly improve service to our members, the Family YMCA has purchased an industrial washer/dryer system for towels. Members who have been using towels will see the many positive advantages of our new towel system. With this new system, you can be sure that clean, fresh, fluffy towels will always be available for you and your family. |

| To insure the greatest benefit to you, it will be necessary for members to sign-up for the towel service. We have implemented a minimal cost so that everyone will be able to take advantage of the towel service. The prices are: |

| Individual Towel Service: $5.00 per month |
| Senior Family Towel Service: $7.00 per month |
| Family Towel Service: $8.00 per month |

Why are you implementing a fee for the towel service?
In order to improve our towel service, we have installed a new industrial washer/dryer system. With this system, clean, fluffy towels will always be available. |

Do my membership dues cover the cost of towels?
We have not included towel costs into membership fees because not all members use the towel service. We have been asking members to leave $1 when they take a towel and the dollar has been returned when the towel was returned. |

Do other YMCA’s charge for towels?
Every YMCA handles towels a little differently. Some charge a monthly fee, some charge a daily fee. Some YMCA’s do not offer towels at all. |

When do the towel fees go into effect?
The monthly fee for towels will begin in January 2007. |

Can I pay monthly?
You can pay for towel service through a monthly bank draft or you can pay for the year. If you pay monthly, you may cancel the towel service with 30 days notice. If you pay for the year, there are no refunds after 30 days. |

How can I sign up for towel service?
You can sign up for the service at our Welcome Center. The staff will be happy to assist you or answer any additional questions that you have. We will know who has signed up for the service by an icon that will appear on the screen when your membership card is scanned. |

What if I don’t take towel service and I forget to bring a towel? You can rent a towel for $2.00 per visit. This rental fee is not refundable. |

How many towels can I get with towel service?
You can take two towels per person per visit. |
9. |
Where do I get the towels?
Where do I put the soiled towels when I’m done? You pick up towels at the Welcome Center. For your convenience, you can leave soiled towels in the baskets that will be available in the locker rooms and bathrooms. |
