Termination Process |
| Membership will continue until you complete a 30-Day Written Termination Notice. This can be done one of the following ways: |

Visit the Family YMCA Welcome Center and fill out a 30-Day Written Termination Notice. |
| 2. |
Email your 30-Day Written Termination Notice to membership@familyymca.org A follow up email by the Membership Department will confirm receipt of your termination request. If you do not receive a prompt follow-up email, please contact the Membership Department by phone. |
| 3. |
Send a 30-Day Written Termination Notice to The Family YMCA, 1225 West Lafayette Street, Easton, PA 18042 Attn: Membership Department. |
