Insufficient Funds Policy
eCashflow Systems
(Effective July 1, 2006)
The Family YMCA has adopted a new procedure for recouping funds on written checks or automated bank drafts that are returned to the Family YMCA for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). This includes, but is not limited to, membership drafts, program fees or other fees. eCashflow Systems, an outside vendor retained by the Family YMCA, will collect Non-Sufficient Fund payments.
Here’s How It Works
When a member or participant presents Non-Sufficient Funds to the Family YMCA...
• Your banking institution will submit your checking information directly to eCashflow Systems and all transactions are converted into an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or an automated clearinghouse transaction (ACH).
• If the transaction bounces for a second time, your bank account is then monitored for sufficient funds and eCashflow Systems will attempt to recover funds from your bank account up to three times (the maximum allowed by law).
• When funds are available, an EFT is immediately sent to your bank account to recover the Non-Sufficient Funds.
• eCashflow Systems will assess a NSF collection fee of $25.00 per attempt to the member’s or participant’s bank account. eCashflow Systems’ collection fee(s) are in addition to any fees your banking institution applies to your account for Non-Sufficient Funds.

The Fine Print
All joining fees are one-time only as long as membership is kept current. The Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg and Vicinity has a SATISFACTION GUARANTEED policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your membership within 30 days of joining, we will return your joining fee and prorated amount of monthly dues paid. We will also apply up to $33 in guest fees toward membership.

| Credit / Refund Policy |
1. All class participants must pay full class fees unless granted financial aid. Fees will not be prorated for late registration or missed classes.
2. Refunds/Credits will only be issued if the YMCA cancels a class/program session due to insufficient enrollment.
3. All credits will be prorated and a $5 processing fee will be charged.
4. Participants are urged to attend all class sessions. There are no individual make-up sessions.
5. To take advantage of your credit, all credits must be used within 90 days.
6. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will not be made up.
